Long ago Flamarre, Morze, Aria, and Irde, the four gods of Entangled, created the beautiful Lands of Infiammare, Erden, Vooste, and Kalt. These territories were lush with life and provided everything the wolves needed for life. When the lands were finally complete the gods bestowed one more blessing. Magic. The gods warned the gifted ones that abuse of their powers led to eternal damnation. Sure enough, greed, jealousy, anger, and hate entered the minds of the wolves. The sickness of greed and anger tainted the great gifts they were given. Enraged, the gods, true to their word set a curse upon the land. The four luscious territories were thrown into turmoil and became harsh and unforgiving. But the gods did not give up completely. In the center of the lands a mesa at 1/2 a mile tall and a mile wide rose from the ground. In the center a bright crystal floated gently over a stone pedestal. If touched this crystal could grant your hearts desire. But getting to it wasn't easy. Beasts and monsters roamed the Mesa appearing and disappearing where and when they pleased. They provided intelectual test and physical challenges to anyone they encountered. So will you survive in this world? Or will your fate become Entangled, just like many others?
